This weekend offered the recurring national camp in Tui Shou by the Swedish Kung fu & Wushu federation. Once again it was held in my home town of Örebro with our own Saar Avivi as the national team head coach. It was two days of intensive competition training and preparations for upcoming competitions during the winter and spring.
Technical qualities, intervalls and variable competition elements were a part of this weekend in both Fixed- and Moving Step. We went through the upcoming changes of the rules and talked a lot about discipline and mindsets. A video summary will arrive within a few days!
