Summing it up #2

We’ve had the first seminar this year with School of Empty Cup where we spent a lot of time working with our spears but also sticks, knives and ultimately the delicate ability to listen and working with a partner. For two people to become one single unit takes it’s practitioner. It’s not for everyone.

After 6 hours of intense training we set of for dinner and drinks and got to spend some quality time together outside of the dojo, it was well needed! Thanks everyone for participating and for sharing your time and energy!

The journey continues and I am still in much preparations for the upcoming National Championships in Tui Shou, only 32 days left as of now. Although I love the fresh winter air and everything that the winter brings I am so much longing for the late summer sessions, barefoot in the grass with the misty scent of the grill still floating in the backyard… Those memories lasts a lifetime.

Thank you Saar for continuing to share your lifelong lessons and teachings! I am blessed to have you on this journey!

A few words can change the whole equation.
